PVC insulated wires and cables models: BV, BVR, BVV, RV, RVV, VV, VLV, etc
Temperature requirements:
1. Working temperature: The maximum rated working temperature of the cable conductor is 70 ℃.
2. Laying temperature: The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃.
Cross linked polyethylene insulated cable models: YJV, YJLV, YJV22, YJLV22, YJLV22, YJV23, YJLV23
Temperature requirements:
1. Working temperature: The maximum rated working temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ℃.
2. Overload temperature: The maximum temperature for short-term overload of the cable shall not exceed 130 ℃.
3. Short circuit temperature: When a cable is short circuited, the maximum temperature should not exceed 250 ℃. (The maximum duration shall not exceed 5 seconds).
4. Laying temperature: The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃. When laying below 0 ℃, preheating is required.
Types of overhead insulated cables: JKY, JKLY, JKYJ, JKLYJ, etc.
Temperature requirements:
1. The long-term allowable working temperature for cables is 90 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation and 75 ℃ for high-density polyethylene insulation.
2. During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable is 150 ℃ for high-density polyethylene insulation and 250 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation.
